Work goes on!

We continue to work on getting our house in better condition. This past Thursday and Friday we had the living room floor completely jack hammered out and hauled away. We covered the whole entertainment center with plastic and also covered the entrance to the hallway with plastic. It worked well, keeping the dust in that room only. The alkalai in the soil had really destroyed it and so we thought we'd better just start over. Saturday, they poured the new floor and it looks very nice. So this week we'll proceed to choose new carpet and set up a time to get it laid. Tomorrow, we plan to clean the walls and light/fan fixtures of all the dust on them.
